Creating Vegetable Paintings

A colorful little veggie painting makes small kitchen corners light up with interest.

I started this as a class demo for my oil and acrylic painting class. I do a few minutes of demo before I send my students back to their easels. I brought a bag full of colorful red and yellow peppers to class, and everyone chose one to paint.

At first, the composition was problematic for me - so I moved it off the page on the left and it worked.
